No. Verify Papers acts as an external security layer. Your IT department does not need to rewrite your current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Student Information System (SIS). Our engine accepts direct exports from your systems and appends the security shields during the final print rendering or export phase.

Most internal lookup pages stop at a database search. They cannot verify physical photocopies or scans, and a single internal actor can still alter the record database. Verify Papers offers visual Document AI for physical paper scans, cryptographic signatures that break on tamper, and edge-distributed infrastructure that resists attacks—all without an internal build to fund and maintain.

Our third security shield embeds hidden, machine-readable visual patterns directly into the certificate background design. When a photograph, scan, or photocopy is uploaded to our engine, the Document AI reads these micro-metrics to detect pixel-level modifications, even if printed on standard paper.

Yes. The cryptographic digital seal (Ed25519) hashes all the graduate's information directly into the document data. Any validator possessing the university's public key can perform an offline integrity check on the certificate file without needing a network or database lookup.
